Asalam aleykom Imam,

I have been resding alot of koran. I know that a believer according to koran is muslim, christian and jew that practices and believes. I have found information that allows a muslim woman to marry a non muslim man under certain conditions, the person is highly qualified and has studied and is a muslim whom is a scholar. Please read the answer he has given in regards to muslim woman marrying non muslim man. From what i understand a muslim may ,marry a non muslim man as long as she is aloowed to practice her deen and raise the kids as a muslim and the husband is not an atheist( meaning one who does not believe in a god. Please review the findings and rulings of
